Patchouli - is often associated with lower chakras due to its ability to draw energy down through the body, grounding and connecting us to our surroundings. Known to lift mood and promote feelings of self-belief, helps to inspire creativity.

Ylang Ylang- as above, is a natural energiser, helps to increase libido and encourages sexual confidence.

Empower Essential Oil:

Ginger- considered as universal remedy in Ayurvedic Medicine, associated with boosting moods, decreases anxiety, warming and assuring feelings, also used as aphrodisiac and remedy for impotence, tackling the issues with sexual complications

Juniper Berry- helps to break down psychological strain and promote rest, encourages clarity that comes with good rest.

Lemon- like most citrus oils known to be uplifting and invigorating, helping to shake off low moods.

Tenderness Essential Oil:
